Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2nd – May 6th
Dear Parents,
Teacher Appreciation Week is approaching rapidly. This year, the parents at Timothy Alvin Brown would like to show our teachers how grateful we are for all they do for their students. The calendar below has suggestions that might assist you in making your child’s teacher feel appreciated. *Remember, your child’s special area teachers, special educations teachers and any other teacher they work with.*

May 2 Bring your teacher a flower or plant- it can be store bought or picked |
May 3 Bring your teacher something sweet – it can be a candy bar or a special treat. |
May 4 Bring your teacher teacher stuff- it can be memo pad, pencils, pens, stationery, etc. |
May 5 Bring your teacher a drink – it can be soda, coffee, juice, flavored water, gift card |
May 6 Bring your teacher a surprise – it can be a gift card, lotion, bath salts, nail files, bath soap, body wash, etc. |

Semana de Apreciación a los Maestros: 2 -6 de mayo
Queridos Padres,
La Semana de Apreciación a nuestros Maestros ya se acerca. Este año la Asociación de Padres de Familia de Timothy Alvin Brown quisiera demostrarles su agradecimiento por el gran esfuerzo y trabajo.
En el siguiente calendario hay sugerencias que podrían ayudarles a ustedes para que los maestros de sus hijos se sientan reconocidos. *Acuérdense de los maestros de áreas especiales, educación especial y otros maestros.

2 de mayo Regálale una flor o planta- a su maestra(o) puede ser comprada o cortada de su jardín. |
3 de mayo Regálale algo dulce- su favorito dulce algo dulce. |
4 de mayo Regálale materiales de maestros- Como libretas, plumas, lápices, etc. |
5 de mayo Regálale una bebida – puede ser soda, café, agua, agua de sabor, tarjeta de regalo. |
6 de mayo Regálale una sorpresa – puede ser una tarjeta o certificado de regalo, etc. |
